We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

There is plenty of parking space, a covered area for equipment/gear, a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, ROKU TV with Hulu Live, high speed Wi-Fi, and a shared laundry room. Beach access is across the street, and there are restaurants and shops within close walking distance. See you at the beach.

Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

An outdoor shower, large grill & 3 large, sturdy umbrellas will keep the deck shaded after returning from a day fishing or just lounging across the street at the beach. A newly purchased cart in 2026 will allow you to easily pull all your beach gear across Hwy 12 & straight down a side street with access to the ocean. There's even a fish cleaning table with a hose for your convenience!
