Note: (I only rent the apartment to 2 guests). 10 minutes walk to Luas tram and 10 minutes journey to City centre . Bus service to City 100 mts from apartment. Ranalagh and Donnybrook 10/15 minutes walk, with superb restaurants, and bars. Also close to RDS, University College Dublin, and St Vincent’s Hospital.

Large gardens to sit out. Free parking, fully equipped, door to patio from living rm. Open fire. 2nd flr, v safe, no lift. By the sea. Strong WIFI, Netflicks, TV. Not a sleek mod hotel-like flat tho. Full of charachter. Stylish. Min july/aug stay is 6 days.
