Cette modeste demeure a été totalement rénovée sur ses 2 niveaux, dans un esprit cocooning, du jardin ( avec espace plancha/apéro abrité en bord de piscine) jusqu’aux 3 chambres mansardées. Animaux acceptés / Wifi/piscine (juin à septembre), petit boulodrome, etc.. Dépêchez vous..😜

🌊 Bienvenue "Entre rivière et bambous" ! 🎍 Maisonnette de 30m2 au milieu d'un terrain arboré de 1200m2 avec un jardin botanique et des arbres centenaires. 🐟 Un ponton privé au bord de l'eau, au milieu des bambous, vous offrira un moment de détente ou de pêche. 😎 Une grande terrasse vous attend avec son barbecue à l'ombre d'un grand cerisier. 🤩 A 15min de la cité épiscopale d'Albi (Classée Unesco). 🐾 Nos amis les animaux sont les bienvenus et seront très heureux sur le terrain clôturé.

Le gîte, "Le Joyeux Liseron", est une maisonnette cosy avec terrasse sur pilotis. Une seconde terrasse avec belle vue sur les coteaux, un espace détente et bain nordique privatif. Independent, il est au fond de la propriété, tournée vers la nature. Boulodrome en accès libre. Un gîte idéal pour séjour détente/nature. Bain nordique au feu de bois, facile à utiliser (mieux qu'un Jacuzzi !). Génial par tous les temps ! Pour rayonner dans beaux paysages du Tarn, visiter Albi, Lautrec, Gaillac.

Au travers de notre Bergerie vernaculaire, vous trouverez toute la douceur de vivre et l'authenticité des Cévennes.
