Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Freshly painted and refurbished with new Queen in primary and Double bed in 2nd bdrm. Equipped kitchen (no dw), 4 seat dining room, den with 40' smart tv. Please see photos.

A beautiful house by the St. Lawrence River, it is conveniently located near the intersection of highway 401 and 416. With 16 acres of backyard, the perfect blend of recreation and friendship, relaxation and discovery. There is a 265 feet private beach. The house has been totally renovated with a modern kitchen, the bright sun room. There are four bed rooms and six beds. Come to enjoy the magnificent view of St. Lawrence River. We provide weekly clean and change sheets for long term guests.

Lamb's Pond Retreat and Sauna

Enjoy a private retreat experience. Private entrance to bedroom suite/sitting area complete with spa-like bathroom. Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. Shared chest freezer also available. BBQ and outdoor kitchen wash up area near accommodation. Complementary access to 18 acres of private property which includes trails, and lounge areas.

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. We would like to invite you to escape in nature with a stay at our charming cabin. Nestled close to a network of pristine lakes, this cozy cabin sleeps up to six, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway in Southern Ontario.Enjoy the serene beauty of the surroundings with easy access to lakes for swimming, boating , fishing, or 4wheeling trails. With villages and towns nearby you can experience the local entertainment, famous trails, and lakes.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Songwood Studio is located in the heart of our private FSC-certified property near Limerick Forest. Ideal for those looking for a quiet weekend getaway surrounded by trees, trails and nature. Hand-pumped water supply only. Composting toilet. New outdoor, propane-heated shower (summer). Cozy propane fireplace. Access to private trails for hiking, skiing and forest therapy.

Peaceful Country Retreat at Reads School House

This renovated historic 1800's school house located in the lovely countryside, a 10 minute drive from Brockville, Ontario; City of the 1000 Islands. The main level includes a comfortable living space, kitchen with eating area and full bathroom. The upper level has an open loft space with 2 twin beds, a small bedroom with a queen bed and half bathroom. Outdoor space includes a screened-in porch overlooking beautiful fields to the back of the property.
