Arts & Athletics is a functioning art gallery making works by local and regional artists accessible to anyone who stays in this brand new addition to a mid-century modern ranch home. The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. A short walk to Normaltown bars & restaurants or downtown, on the border between the historic Cobbham and Normaltown neighborhoods.

Enjoy your own fully-stocked, studio condo in the heart of downtown Athens, right across from UGA's famous Arch on N. Campus. Amazing view! Walk to all your favorite spots in town, including Athens' many award-winning restaurants, the Georgia Theater, UGA Campus, The Classic Center, and Sanford Stadium. We recommend the Washington Street deck for parking. Located at 125 West Washington Street with a $15 daily maximum. There is also street parking available that is metered throughout downtown.

Tucked in a quiet street in Normaltown (one of the most vibrant intown neighborhoods in Athens), our comfortable, private and clean 1BR house has everything you need for a great stay. Our thoughtfully furnished and fully stocked guest house has a complete kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a spacious living room and dining nook, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a chest of drawers and a closet with ample space to unpack all your clothes and feel at home!

Cozy studio apartment, <1 mile to Downtown

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Classic City Carriage- Amazing Location 1BR-1BA

Located in one of Athens' most charming, historic, and walkable neighborhoods, this newly built apartment is perfect for exploring the heart of the Classic City. A three-quarter mile walk takes you to downtown, stop at Creature Comforts, any of our amazing restaurants, or one of our many local coffee shops. On game day, just head through the Arch, past the victory bell, through the quad, where you land "between the hedges" at Sanford Stadium! And a stones throw from the Taylor Grady House.

The apartment has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Look out your window over the trees and walk to downtown, campus & shopping. The gazebo at the end of the driveway has a swing inside, and feel free to enjoy it!
