The Annex, Berwick, East Sussex

Light and spacious self-contained Annex, separate from the main house with it's own private entrance. Being within two miles of the South Downs National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by idyllic countryside, lovely villages and pubs, and only 6 miles from the sea. The Space: Our Annex is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, a large lounge, a shower room, and a kitchenette, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer. Breakfast included. We have two friendly dogs, who have access to our garden and house, but not The Annex. Guest Access: Private entrance. Disabled accessible throughout, including shower. Ample parking. Access to the back garden and patio on request, due to our two friendly dogs. Interaction with Guests: We are a friendly couple, who love to make our visitors welcome, and will also respect your privacy, as you prefer. The Neighbourhood: We are in a rural village, with a small railway station, two pubs, a Post Office and garage. Perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the many local sights, Berwick village train station is only two minutes walk away, with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes. Ample on-site parking means you can leave your car in our drive whilst you explore by foot, bicycle, or train. Local sites include the historic village of Alfriston; Beachy Head, the Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters; Charleston Farmhouse; Firle Place; and Glyndebourne, to name just a few!

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. A one bedroom annexe on the outskirts of hythe. Bus routes on the doorstep taking you to all local attractions. One bedroom with super king bed, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with 50 inch tv and sofa bed. Lovely shower room off of hallway. Sunny conservatory, leading to private small garden. Garden has seating on patio with grassed area to back. Private entrance through garden and parking on the drive. Next door to family home with dogs

Modern accommodation with large double bedroom en suite. Walk in shower. Shared utility room. Washing machine/dryer available on request. Parking by front door. Galley kitchen and fridge containing breakfast goodies. Large lounge/diner with double pull out sofa bed. Sky tv and internet (Sky Superfast). Shared large patio and own smaller patio with table chairs. Large garden with swings for toddlers and younger children. Footballs etc. available. Gate leading to canal with beautiful walks.

Quiet location. Easy to access from London by direct train or road. Private guest area with own fenced and gated garden. Ample off road parking. 15 min walk along footpath to train station and large supermarket. Garden centre, restaurant and public golf course on same road. Numerous high quality restaurants in this and nearby villages. WiFi TV with Amazon prime and Disney Plus guest access. Coffee pod machine, kettle and fridge. Breakfast of cereals, choice of milk type and fruit provided.

A well built, well insulated, calm, attractive space just waiting for you. Very close to Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle, Headcorn Aerodrome ( often displays of our famous Spitfire) Romney Hythe and Dimchurch railway, Benenden and Sutton Valance Schools, Biddenden Vineyard, Sissinghurst Gardens, The Big Cat Sanctuary and much more. So much to see and do.Great local pubs and foodie places. We are also very close to the Euro tunnel (20 mins) so makes a great stopover en route to France.

Roo's Retreat

Roo's Retreat is an idyllic place to stay. A superb rural retreat in the peace and quiet of the beautiful Kentish countryside while close enough to visit the historic City of Canterbury, market town of Faversham and the delights of Whitstable. Easy links from Ashford International Station and the coast. We are in the midst of a huge expanse of footpaths and byways with excellent views and great local pubs. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, cyclists and walkers.

Lovely garden suite (with breakfast included)

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.

Eastbrook Studio

1 Bedroom self contained studio, with private entrance(and includes self check in) , which is situated along a beautiful quiet lane, it also has it's own private parking on driveway. The studio comprises of a bedroom, bathroom (wet room)and kitchenette area, which is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, there is also a washing machine if guests wish to use. There is an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

The scenic village of Bridge is a 20-min walk or 2-min drive, offering a Michelin-star pub, lovely garden pubs, and handy amenities like a shop, café, pharmacy, optician, and hairdresser We have a cot with mattress available for your little ones

Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
