Die Villa komplett umgeben von grünen Hügeln, aber weniger als zwei Kilometer von der See, bietet seinen Gästen drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, in drei verschiedenen Themen eingerichtet. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, die ersten romantischen Farben rosa verfügt über einen privaten Balkon, der zweite ist ein heller Raum mit weichen Farben und Entspannung mit Blick auf den Garten und das umliegende Tal. Auch auf dieser Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Esszimmer mit Küche. Die Küche ist neu und ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine Espressomaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Backofen heizt briches ausgestattet. Der Speisesaal auf der einen Seite verfügt über einen Balkon, der Blick auf den Garten und auf der anderen eine intime Veranda umgeben von altem Baumbestand.
