On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occassional Orca.

The library guest room and kitchenette is in a quiet area of Lakewood and is attached to our home. Private self-entry with lockbox, fast WiFi, covered carport for parking. Automatic discounts for weekly&monthly stays. Close to JBLM, shops and I-5, it's suitable for quick getaways or longer housing needs (all stays have access to the shared laundry room which has a small fridge/freezer for extra food storage). Nestled in the woods, you can relax & unwind in the cozy suite, large deck or grounds.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each. The gravel driveway is steep - you MUST have a an all-wheel drive.

The Fox Den is a stand alone cabin, located in a quiet neighborhood on Fox Island. It's a 1-minute drive, or 10 minute walk to the public beach (Fox Island Sand Spit) With a little luck you may see local Orca Whales at Fox Island Sandspit or the Fox Island Fishing Pier. Dogs: Up to 1 well behaved dog, is allowed with extra pet fee of $25 per stay. There is a strict, No Barking policy from 8pm - 9am.
