Disponen de TV vía satélite, caja fuerte y zona de cocina. El servicio de limpieza se ofrece cada tres días y está integrado en el precio, de modo que tendrás el apartamento siempre organizado. Es una zona concurrida en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre), entorno con abundantes cafeterías, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas, normalmente abiertos en verano hasta las 12h de la noche, pudiendo provocar un poco de ruido ambiental de calle.
