San Luis Obispo is a lovely city just minutes north. and Hearst Castle is less than an hour's drive North. Conveniently situated off the 101 freeway, a nice retreat from the big city.

Offering Restaurants, parks, historic self-guided walking tours, wine tasting, farmers market, music in the park, pubs, museums and much more. Minutes away by car to Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. We are the southern gateway to the Arroyo Grande and Edna Valley wine trail. This is the only apartment in the Robasciotti Building. It is your private oasis to call home away from home.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.
