The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Jersey Joy Cottage Farm Stay

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
