A staircase down to the lower level with a large bedroom with two single and one king double bed, full size bathroom with bath tub, a door onto the lower terrace, dining table, sofa, gardens leading up to the pool.

A car is useful, but not essential, the local beaches and Cascais can all be reached by off-road tracks.
