Am Fuße des Monte Sighinola, im westlichen Teil des Monte Generoso Massivs gelegen, ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele interessante Ausflüge. Die malerischen Straßen des Tales sind auch bei Rad- und Motorradfahrern sehr beliebt.
