It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.
