Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Second bed for two guests must be requested with onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist.

We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.
