Additional guests can sleep on the sectional or provided queen air mattress. Enjoy large back yard with a fenced in area and deck.

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. HOWEVER, This unit is located above a local, well loved Pub. Therefore making this unit VERY noisy with music and loughter.
