Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

The Enchanted Hobbit Cottage

An extraordinarily special place. Serene & Peaceful - Seclusion while only a few miles to Colo Springs & attractions. Pet & everything friendly. Your cottage sits on your own 3 acres, 10 acres to explore. Everything you need for a solo or couples retreat. There are playful touches everywhere (you’ll have to see it to understand). Specifically designed and built by your host – to enhance inspiration and vision. Not just pretty words, that’s the truth. Ron is first and foremost, an artist.

Come relax with the family! This one bedroom guest house is just a stones throw from private access to the Illinois river. Located 15 minutes from Tahlequah and 10 minutes from local float venues. Come and enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay at the foothills of the Ozarks. Bring Your Own Float Devices and enjoy floating down to Todd Landing public access point, which is about an hour long adventure. Relax on the deck while enjoying the local wildlife! Bald eagles and deer frequent the area.

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
