Koselig hytte i Skarestrand på Tromøy med egen robåt og bryggeplass som gir deg muligheten til å oppleve RAET naturreservat og skjærgården. Motor kan leies i tillegg Hytten ligger tilbaketrukket fra sjøen med få minutters gange (ca. 250 meter) og alle fasiliteter. Bryggeplassen er i gåavstand, men en kan også kjøre bil. Hytten er plassert i et flott turområde med flere badestrender i nærheten. Det er mulighet til å leie seg inn i oppvarmet badstu like ved hytten. Parkeringsplasser medfølger.

Grimstad: New cabin close to the sea

Lovely place close to the sea situated at Vessøyneset midway between Arendal and Grimstad. The cabin is completely new and consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a huge combined kitchen and livingroom. In addition there is a big terrace with a beautiful seaview. Several sandy beaches perfect for children are only a 5-minute drive away. Grimstad is a very sweet little southern town and its only a 40-minute drive to Kristiansand Zoo (Dyreparken), a beautiful and natural zoo and amusement park.

Cabin with access to 14 foot boat

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 14 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Grimstad: Idyllisk sommerhytte, dyr er tillatt

Koselig hytte ved Landvikvannet med adkomst til skjærgården via den kjente Reddalskanalen. Meget gode solforhold, tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Svært barnevennlig plass med stor terrasse og store grøntområder rundt hytta. Bilvei helt frem til døren. Innlagt vann fra brønn (drikkevann fra egne dunker). Dyr er tillatt. Hytta har utedo. Avstander: 2 km til Kiwi og Coop, 5 km til Grimstad sentrum, 25 min kjøring til Kristiansand Dyrepark.

Holmesund: Beautiful cottage by the sea

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.

Great for easy going couples or families. Please note the short steep hike from road up to the cottage. Main cottage and annex bedroom. Bath house with wood fired sauna. Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a watercloset, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.
