Casa Nobrega OCEAN VIEW Home in tranquil setting

Come stay at an old winemakers house that has been beautifully renovated by your host and family with open plan and airy living. Situated on the north side of the island, there is a small bar/cafe in the village which is a 5 minute drive, a large supermarket and many restaurants/cafes in Santana which is a 10 minute drive.The weather can be hot and humid but also bring fresh wind and rain. In the summer months the house stays cools, there is a log burner and plenty of blankets to keep you cosy.

Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

NEU - Die Villa CASA DO MAR liegt nahe am Meer. Das Haus wurde 2023/24 neu saniert und verfügt über zwei Etagen mit insgesamt drei Apartments. Alle unsere Apartments verfügen über Meerblick, King Size Betten, einer Küche oder Kitchenette, kostenfreiem WLAN und einer Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Das Haus wurde mit einer moderner Photovoltaik Anlage und einer Wärmepumpe ausgestattet. In den Schlafräumen wurden nach Möglichkeit natürliche Materialien verwendet (z.B. Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle).

O nosso conceito é a natureza no seu estado mais puro, desligando das tecnologias e do stress do dia a dia. Para poder desfrutar e interagir com a natureza na sua plenitude, retiramos dos abrigos todas as tecnologias, nomeadamente Wi-Fi e televisão. Apenas a receção tem Wi-fi. Os nossos abrigos ficam situados dentro do Parque Ecológico do Funchal, com uma área de 8 km2. O Parque possui vários percursos pedestres recomendados, Canyoning, um percurso de Enduro BTT, entre outras atividades.

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.

It is composed by 4 apartments in two separate houses set in a beautiful tropical garden. Fuchsia as a spectacular view of the ocean. The apartment has a bedroom, a spacious windowed bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, painted in shades of rose, very bright and comfortable.
