Terra delle Sidhe ist ein kleiner Bio-Bauernhof in der südlichen Toskana mit Blick auf ein wunderschönes Tal an den Hängen des Monte Amiata, zwischen den mittelalterlichen Städten Castel del Piano und Seggiano. Ein 250 Jahre altes Kastanientrockner-Steinhaus, das bis vor 30 Jahren genutzt wurde. Das von uns angebotene Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem Bio-Kastanienwald und hundertjährigen Olivenbäumen. Dieses charmante gemütliche Haus wurde nun liebevoll mit Geschmack und Einfachheit renoviert.

Il loft ristrutturato si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 5 minuti dalla stazione.E' dotato di ingresso indipendente a piano terra. E' possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. Dispone un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, divano letto matrimoniale(A richiesta culla),biancheria,cucina attrezzata,bagno con doccia e finestra, riscaldamento e climatizzatore autonomi. Nella via si trova bar, pizzeria da asporto lavanderia a gettoni, parrucchiere,rosticceria .Adiacente farmacia,supermercato.

L'appartamento ristrutturato si trova in centro storico, è dotato di ingresso indipendente a piano strada all'interno di uno storica palazzina. E' possibile parcheggiare la propria auto nelle immediate vicinanze in parcheggi gratuiti e/o a pagamento. Grazie alla favorevole posizione è possibile visitare la città senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Casa Dora in Batignano (ca 60 m²) is a house in tuscan style and has a private outside space, with umbrella, table and chairs to enjoy eating outside. The garden is shared with our villa, situated next to the house. Batignano is located in the south of Tuscany and is a perfect base for discovering the Maremma region. It offers beautiful medieval villages, long sandy beaches (half an hour drive by car) and extensive nature reserves.
