Mystras Village House

Mystras Village House is situated in Mystras. This country house comes with a dining area, a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The house also features a bathroom. The country house offers a terrace. The use of the fireplace in the property is optional and subject to an additional charge. The first sack of firewood is provided free of charge. From the second sack onwards, the cost is €20 per sack. This amount is particularly low and covers exclusively the value of the wood. Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. Η χρήση του τζακιού στο κατάλυμα παρέχεται προαιρετικά. Το πρώτο τσουβάλι καυσόξυλων προσφέρεται δωρεάν. Από το δεύτερο τσουβάλι και μετά, υπάρχει χρέωση 20€ ανά σάκκο καυσόξυλων. Το ποσό είναι ιδιαίτερα χαμηλό και αφορά αποκλειστικά την αξία των ξύλων.

Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
