Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

It is a few blocks away from the busy commercial street with lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Private entrance, self check in. Free street parking provided. Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.
