It’s located right next to the Cascade — in one of the best areas of Yerevan, in a historic building with high ceilings and French balconies. 3rd floor, stairs only (easy walk-up). Perfect for a couple or a family with a child. We travel a lot around Armenia and are happy to share local tips or help with any plans — just ask.
