Das Ferienhaus Bergerac ist Teil eines ehemaligen Lagerhauses. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Süden am Fluss Dordogne. Von Les Magnolias sind es weniger als 10 Gehminuten zum zentralen Platz der typischen Bastidenstadt Lalinde. Sie finden eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger, ein Tourismusbüro, eine angenehme Einkaufsstraße und einen alten Dorfkern, Supermärkte, Banken sowie Restaurants und Cafés mit Terrassen, einen Fahrradverleih in 400 Metern Entfernung und den wöchentlichen Markt am Donnerstagmorgen.
