There is plenty to do, all close enough to walk or within a 5-minute ride: sightsee, shop, enjoy some of the best restaurants and clubs. Walk one the many nature trails. Play golf at some of the best courses! Come back from the beach and enjoy refreshments on the deck off the master bedroom or relax in the yard and grill a steak. Oh yes, we are pet friendly!

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

Just 10 min south of Downtown Providence, this gracious home is a true oasis tucked into a gorgeous city park. With three spacious bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and airy porches mere steps away from the city zoo and walking trails - you'll have room for everyone and lots to do! We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.

No local channels, tv works with your phone connected and free Hulu , Disney + channels. cooking kitchen, has Pots like kitchenware . Will not disturb the company. Quiet and perfect for couples and families.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
