There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). The 2-night minimum College Hill rooftop suite of our historic home (1818) on the East side of Providence is right near Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design, restaurants, bars and shops. This 3rd-floor apartment includes private parking & entrance, 1 BR-New Bedding-, 1 LR, 1 BTHR, breakfast area, plenty of storage & smart TV. People of any race, ethnicity, religion, gender and sexual identity are welcome here.

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
