This roomy modern basement apartment is perfect for work trips, vacations and long stays with all the convenience of home. Right next to I-95 for convenient travel, to Washington DC or making a rest stop going further south. It is also very close to the Quantico military base, the Marine Corps Museum, and old town Fredericksburg. Also nearby a shopping plaza with a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and a sports center. Perfect for travel nurses and coming to stafford, Mary Washington hosp.

This charming cottage is adorable, cozy and convenient! only five minutes from interstate 95 and minutes from historic downtown Fredericksburg. the location cannot be beat. Stay within a block of the Rappahannock river , a ten minute walk from falmouth beach and steps from Gary melchers Belmont Museum! This historic house has beautiful original oak hardwood floors! 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a beautiful updated bathroom. Ask about additional military discount on month stays

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

This charming and cozy room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The room has it's own private entrance and features a cozy plush queen bed, kitchenette and full bath. Our basement apartment offers two roomy bedrooms with full size windows, a full bathroom, and sleeps 5 (possibility of added guests with permission). We boast a very comfortable living room. The stocked kitchenette includes a large fridge, sink, double hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes/utensils. Fire extinguisher, fire alarms & carbon monoxide detector. Safe neighborhood. Close to Quantico. 40 miles to the DC National Mall. NO clothes washer.
