Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided ! Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories.

It’s located on the Pa side of the Delaware River. 8’ picnic table, fire pit with grill. Swim, wade or just sit by the river. Watch for duck, eagles going up and down the river. Morning & evening deer, turkey, fox & coyotes in the field. Bring your bike. Fly a kite! Take a walk along the river. A short drive away is Jensen Ledges, which is a spectacular hiking trip. Simply Maple Farm Tipi

Off the beaten path, with no other campers nearby. Comes with 2 kayaks and you may rent more from local business. You may go up or down river easily and can fish from shore or from the kayaks. There are two adult life jackets also. There is a tipi at this site that you may choose to use. There is a fire ring, weber grill, charcoal, picnic table, benches, porta potty and garbage/recycle bins. Enjoy peace and quiet served daily at Simply Maple, with no other tents in sight!

Waterfront Tipi Glamping // Phoenix Landing

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. River-View Wagon Glamping- The Swamp Rose

Relax in one of our cozy covered wagons, located on the banks of the beautiful upper Cape Fear River. We’re on the river AND in-town, so shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities are just moments away. Each wagon has a King bed and 2 bunkbeds, electricity, AC/heat, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Stand-alone bathhouse with toilets, sinks and showers. Community firepit with custom-built stone patio and grilling area are centrally located on the property.

You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.
