Submit your permit request to per the instruction at Graining Fork webpage. BUT instead of emailing submit through the AirBnB messages. It is a one room apartment with 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed, 2 lounge chairs, and 4 TV trays. And has a hot 2-plate, pot, pan, toaster, mini-fridge, French press, microwave, rapid boil kettle, and tableware.

If you are feeling adventurous you can walk up the stairs case to hang out on top of the shipping container that has a sitting area on that 20ft by 8ft deck.
