It is on the 3rd (top) floor with Air Conditioning throughout as well as 2 balconies. The bedroom has a king-sized bed (160 x 200cm) and there is a large sofa bed (170 x 200cm) in living room.

A mezzanine is above the kitchen and is reached via a ladder. The apartment has steep stairs, which are common in houses in the Old Town.
