The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Das helle und luxuriöse Loft-Apartment “Il Frantoio” (160 qm) befindet sich im Ortszentrum des mitteralterlichen Dorfes Radicondoli. Der große Open-Space Bereich weist auf die antike Funktion dieses Gebäude hin, das früher die Olivenölmühle der Gemeinde war. Die originale Steinmühle wurde in den Renovierungsarbeiten wiederverwendet und bildet heute in abgewandelter Form einen Teil der außergewöhnlichen Inneneinrichtung.
