We're a seven minute drive to Gualala Point Beach, where one can park and enjoy a scenic, short 15 minute or 30 minute walk to the beach. "Gualala" means "Where The River Meets The Ocean." We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

Listen to the waves crashing from this beautiful home nestled among the California Redwoods. Less than 1.5 miles (5 min) to Black Point Beach. Entire home has hardwood floors, natural lighting, skylights, and lights that can be dimmed for whatever your mood. Snippets of the ocean can be viewed between the trees, which also block most of the wind. Kitchen has a two burner stove, oven, and full refrigerator. Handicapped accessible.
