Βρισκομαστε στο κεντρο της παλιας πολης της Ανδρου μολις λιγα μετρα απο την αγορα της Χωρας.Το σπιτι ειναι μεζονετα 40τμ στον κατω χωρο υπαρχει το καθιστικο με καναπε που γινετε κρεβατι και ενα διπλο κρεβατι.Στον επανω χωρο βρισκεται ενα μονο κρεβατι , μπανιο με ντουζιερα και το μπαλκονι με θεα τον πεζοδρομο της παλιας πολης ,κουζινα η οποια παρεχει την καταπληκτικη θεα στην παραλια Παραπορτι μολις λιγα βηματα .

Διαμέρισμα 37 τμ. 4 ατόμων μπροστά στη θάλασσα στην παραλία του Νειμποριού, με θέα τη Χώρα της Άνδρου & το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα.
