This 110 acre lake side tiny home Estate will reconnect you to nature while you relax in the hot tub. The neighboring state park has over 14,000 acres with a lake and trails. This tiny home is where nature meets luxury!! The electric fireplace will welcome you while resting and watching your favorite show. There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Kick back and relax in our cozy keepsake by the lake. This little cottage has been in our family for four generations, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years. A stone's throw to Pymatuning Lake shore, you can be on the lake within minutes. Centrally located, a short drive to Andover, Jamestown, or Conneaut Lake. The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a two-section wrap around deck - one section under-roof and one section open to sunshine.
