New, cozy and well designed apartment with an amazing garden overlooking the lake! Located 10 minutes walk from Bellagio’s city centre, the pearl of Lake Como. Chill and sip a glass of wine sitting on the sunchairs while contemplating the lake and Pescallo, the ancient fisherman village. The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Im Frühling 2016 haben wir dieses 300-jährige Haus gekauft und bis Ende des Jahres renoviert. Es ist eines der ältesten Häuser in Sufers. Mit grosser Freude stellen wir euch nun unsere neu eingerichtete 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung. Unser Haus liegt direkt an einem rauschenden Bergbach am Eingang eines Tobels. Auf der einen Seite des Hauses hat man das Gefühl mitten in der Natur zu sein, auf der Anderen befindet man sich im Dorf.
