On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

This 64 acre property includes pre-civil war oak trees, mountain views, and a pond with otters! We encourage you to explore the property and enjoy a glass of Lovingston Wine. Our private and secluded camp provides with spectacular mountain views and a NEW OUTDOOR Shower!! with pressurized ambient water temperature, spacious deck, covered porch, double bed, hammock, yard to play croquet/corn hole, private port-a-potty, charcoal grill, and a solo stove firewood pit.

The Cottage at Roaring Run Farm is a relaxing two bedroom retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.

Water Trough HIll is located 3 Miles from Lexington, 4 miles from Buena Vista and 5 miles to the Virginia Horse Center. Guest favorite for a private large open spacious house with amazing views and photography of wildlife. There is an extra Guest fee after 4 Guests of $45 each per night. The house will comfortably sleep up to 11 guests.
