Our beautiful beach condo has been in our family for 37 years. Just a short 2 blocks to the sand and ocean and a stone's throw to the pool and tennis court. Our children and grandchildren love coming to Fernandina Beach - we hope the same for you and your family! Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 adult bikes, beach towels and a few sand digging toys are available to make your stay enjoyable. When not in the pool or on the beach - Fort Clinch is a bike ride away! This beachfront condo is perfect for your stay in Ponte Vedra Beach. Guests can enjoy the ocean and looking for endless sharks teeth and sea shells. This condo boasts (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom and an additional murphy bed for your guests. Music can be heard from the back patio on weekends, as well as the sounds of the sea.
