Dieses kleine Haus liegt ruhig und zentral in der Nähe der Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist neu und verfügt über Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Zur U-Bahn Mörby Centrum ist es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn benötigt man 15 Minuten zur Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit Spielplatz, kein verkehr. Auf dem Dachboden sind 2 Betten (90x200, neu, bequem). Wenn Sie mehr als 2 Erwachsene sind, muss jemand auf dem Dachboden schlafen. Ungünstig?

Compact but fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, stove, heater, fridge & freezer. Bathroom with wonderful Vola-shower and washing machine/dryer. Cozy and genuine Prästgatan on one side and busy and lively Västerlånggatan on the other. No car traffic makes the area very friendly!

There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Two bedrooms and a large combined kitchen / living room. Dining table for four. Balcony with sunroof, dining area and sofa group. With the sofa bed you can sleep up to five people in the house, although three adults is optimal, or two adults and two children. AppleTV with premium accounts on Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+.

Mysig liten stuga i enklare standard med sjöutsikt – endast ca 100 meter till småbåtsbrygga med badmöjlighet i sjön ’Orlången’. Stugan har två uteplatser och fri parkeringsplats för två bilar. Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Byggtrafik kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)
