Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. The compact accommodation is designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery.
