Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

We are about 3 miles off I 80 so we have easy access. Our elevation here is 2380 so we are below the snow line. All the lots in this subdivision are around 5 acres and we are at the end of the road so we have great privacy and a spectacular view from about anywhere in the house and the pool.
