High ceiling and lots of natural light. 10 minute drive to Heavenly or to Lake Tahoe and 15 minutes to the casinos at Stateline. Large meadow at end of street with hiking trails. California Conservancy lots surround house so lots of space to play with kids. The house has a key less entry system

That 70s Chalet at South Lake Tahoe

Remodeled in 2018. Two story with wood beam ceilings, gas fireplace, and comfy beds. New roof, exterior paint and beautiful paver driveway done fall of 2023. 2 miles to Heavenly, 3 miles to nightlife/casinos, and 1.5 to the lake. Bijou park and meadow trails are right next to the neighborhood. Trails go everywhere and strolls through the meadow are great for all. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods, meadows, a regional park, and bike trails right behind house.

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Shuttle can be caught at 4way stop and parking lot across from Market. Walking distance to cross country skiing. Walking distance to hotel lodge, market and restaurants.
