Grandview Acres guests are blessed with a county atmosphere AND city convenience. Located 25 miles south of Stuttgart, just outside DeWitt city limits. 5900 sq.ft. with wraparound porch where you can sit and watch the deer graze. Will accommodate 6-10 guests with all the comforts of home. Vacation getaway nestled on the Arkansas River in the Pendleton community. Fish from the porch or bring your own boat and keep it in the private covered boat slip. The public boat launch is walking distance away. Several fishing tournaments are held every year at this location. The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

The Rent House

Located 25 min. East of Little Rock, ‘The Rent House’ is a cozy and open space for resting! Enjoy this entire house to yourself. It is located less than a mile from I-40 & Arkansas HWY 70. It offers a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin size bed in the laundry/dressing room & a queen pullout couch bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, & a stand-up shower. One full couch, 2 TVs, an indoor fireplace & everything accommodable for your stay is here!

Quiet getaway oasis in Stuttgart, AR. Lodge type home with a 3 acre pond steps away from the back door. The lodge is down a dirt road, it is right past a white house and the mailbox to the lodge has a flag beside it. If you drive past a trailer home you’ve gone too far!
