You can be skiing in 15-20 minutes from the house. Enjoy spectacular views of Mt Helen, Mt. Argentine and Red Mountain. This 2038 sq.' home was remodeled in 2009, including a detached 2-stall garage. Like wildlife? Moose, fox and waterfowl occasionally frequent the yard. The beautiful Blue River is 50 yards from the house. Catch Brook Trout in the several nearby beaver ponds. Located 13 miles south of Breckenridge. We are surrounded by world class skiing, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, white water rafting, off road jeepin', and fly fishing.
