Mit einer gemeinsamen Einfahrt, einem eigenen Parkplatz und einem privaten, geschlossenen Garten befindet es sich an einem abgelegenen Ort mit herrlichem Blick auf die Landschaft. Genieße die herrlichsten Sonnenuntergänge, während du dich in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Raum entspannst. Bring deine Gummistiefel mit! Es gibt viele Wanderwege auf dem Land direkt vor der Haustür!

Das Butlers Quarters ist eine charmante, gut ausgestattete und gemütliche, eigenständige Wohnung, die an ein großes viktorianisches Familienhaus angeschlossen ist. Hier wohnte einst das Hauspersonal! Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Stadt, den Parks und der Landschaft entfernt, mit Derbys historischem Kathedralenviertel und dem Weltkulturerbe Darley Abbey vor der Haustür. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Allein-/Geschäftsreisende sowie Familien. Wir sind in Reichweite des fantastischen Peak-District-Nationalparks.

This 1840 Mill Cottage is ideally located for strolling to Darley Abbey Mills, now an exclusive wedding venue with its Michelin listed restaurant, wine bars and Spanish tapas. Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double & one queen sized bedroom, small sofa bed and delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. NB. Stairs can be steep for the infirm.

The historic cottage is an ideal base from which to explore Derby, Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park. Located across the River Derwent from The West Mill and River Mill venues, the cottage provides the perfect spot for guests seeking a peaceful night after a day of celebrations. NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.

The cottage dates from 1850 and was built for the mill workers. You will see the chimney of the former Peckwash Mill standing in front of the cottage. An abundance of character that will make you feel warm and welcome awaits you.
