Beautiful views of Northeast Iowa's Driftless Area. This house is located in a hickory grove on top of a scenic location just off a hard surface road; centrally located between Waukon, Lansing and New Albin, Iowa. Our rental property is the upper level of a 2 level home, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level is currently occupied by a tenant. Our relaxing hot tub is located on the lower deck with a beautiful view of the valley, and has privacy curtains.
