Welcome to TEQUILA SUNSET, our 3,081 sq ft, 4 BR, 2.5 BA, one story home in Surprise, AZ! The backyard offers a peaceful setting with a pool with optional heat and the most amazing views of the White Tank Mountains. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Plan romantic interludes with your significant other in the hot tub. The gas grill will please the outdoor chef; a wood burning fire pit will warm you on chilly evenings when no burn restrictions are in place.

Many trails for horse, bike, RV, etc.

Sugarhill

Lovely vacation home centrally located in Wickenburg. This is a great value for daily, weekly and monthly guests. Fully equipped kitchen and includes linens, towels and we also have a fully equipped coffee station. We have 3 queen beds,queen air mattress and couch for sleeping arrangements. Sits atop a hill with great Mountain View’s. Relax to the large patio either for chatting with family and friends, dinning or playing a game of corn hole! We do have a CAMERA set up by our garage.

A full kitchen, separate bedroom and in unit laundry makes this a perfect getaway. With convenient access to the park and walking trails, there is something here for everyone. The front porch is a fantastic place to have a cup coffee, gaze at the mountains and watch the sunrise. But the beautiful Arizona sunsets will be worth remembering for a lifetime.

The home is located on a very quiet dead end street and offers a fantastic view. Only a mile from Safeway and shopping. The property includes 2.2 acres. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
