We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

Tu familia lo tendrá todo cerca en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro de la provincia de Murcia. La vivienda está en un primer piso y es muy luminosa. Frente a la casa hay un antiguo lavador (gran acequia donde antiguamente se juntaban las mujeres para lavar la ropa). El pueblo está a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Murcia, 30 minutos de la playa de Mazarrón y muy cerca del parque natural de Sierra Espuña. Hay bar/cafetería y tienda a unos 100 metros. La parada de autobús está junto a la casa.

Este apartamento tiene una ubicación única! Está enfrente de la catedral, podrás disfrutar del encanto de tener la torre a pocos metros y vivir de pleno la alegría de la vibrante vida del centro histórico. Es muy luminoso y hay restaurantes, tiendas, bares y terrazas en los alrededores. Recién reformado, te sentirás como en un hotel de lujo por su diseño y sus calidades pero también como en casa porque es muy acogedor. Hay un parking público a 3 minutos caminando.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
