A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom and enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has a queen bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Imagine vacationing on a beautiful lake with everything you need to enjoy time on the water – kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boat and rowboat. . Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, central air-conditioning, walk-in shower and soaker tub. We have an entire house R/O system, so all the water from every tap is perfect. We live on a bay with many weeds. To swim you must paddle out to a raft. There is a small sandy beach with a wading area for the little children.

And, yes … this property is dog friendly! The island is very easy to find, located just offshore in a prime location near Foxy’s Restaurant, and has a charming vintage cottage dating back to the 1870’s!
