Cozy coastal house on Umatilla lake. This charming home is newly built and fully furnished with up to date amenities and utilities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two kayaks and 3 canoes all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

(Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. Bring your fishing poles and mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
