Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

La casa si trova nel quartiere centrale della Chiesa del Carmine, a 1 km a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Piazza Principe e vicino al centro storico, al porto antico e all'Acquario di Genova (1 km). E' a metà strada tra il mare e i monti. A piedi si arriva quasi dappertutto! Unica nel suo genere soprattutto per la veranda e per il suo panorama incantevole.
