Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. Our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house, packed with period features, is 10 mins walk to the high street and beach, and 20 mins walk to the harbour. The house has just been renovated and includes stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces, a wood burning stove, roll top bath and kingsize beds with sumptuous linen. The sandy beach, stunning countryside walks, boutique shops, great pubs and restaurants make Southwold the perfect destination for a family holiday or short weekend break.

The Summerhouse is located near the former site of Snape Abbey, in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Within walking distance of Snape Maltings, the world renowned concert hall. The location is 5 miles from the quintessentially English seaside town of Aldeburgh and 3 miles from the local train station at Saxmundham. Surrounded by an RSPB conservation area, which is home to many rare species including the elusive Stone Curlew. An enclosed garden allows security for pets and children.

Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders, it stands within our grounds (KILN FARM) of 4.1/2 acres with the Mary Ley Line running through (ancient energy pathways). Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We have a private car park and coin operated electricity meters.
